Deposits & Cancellations: Entire rental fee due at time of reservation.
Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation/change fee: $75.
Entire rental fee will be forfeited if canceled 30 days or less within reservation date,
unless cabin is re-rented. All reservations between December 19.10 thru January 4.11 are final.
Entire rental fee is due at time of reservation. There is NO REFUND if cancelling,
unless the Chalet can be re-rented. Credit will be paid,
reflecting on the re-rented nights less $ 75.00.

RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL ARE
CONSIDERED TO BE NON- REFUNDABLE, NON-CHANGABLE.

We recommend that you contact a local Travel Agent to purchase some
type of travel insurance, to protect yourself against loss of deposit
due to cancellation, in the event of unforeseen sickness,
injury or death in your family or your traveling companions.

Special conditions applicable to wintertime: You cannot drive to individual
Chalets from November to June. A snow cat provides transportation from
parking lot to Chalet only upon arrival and departure. Bring supplies
packed for transfer. Always carry tire chains during winter months.
